HOW TO USE
Not limited to sushi, this short-grain rice is great for poke bowls, rice balls and rice pudding.
How to Cook Sushi Rice
Rice Cooker
Rinse 1 cup of uncooked rice with cold water.
Place the rice in a rice cooker with 1.5 cups of water.
Turn the rice cooker on and let it cook according to the instructions.
Remove bowl and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Absorption
Rinse 1 cup of uncooked rice with cold water.
Place the rice in a saucepan on the stove.
Add 1.5 cups of water and bring to the boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Grown in Riverina, NSW by farmers who actively engage in sustainable water use and farming practices. This rice is also known as the Opus variety, which is unique to Australia.
