This beautiful smoothie bowl is super easy to create and is a flavoursome, nourishing breakfast treat. It uses chilled organic rooibos tea and features the nutritious caramel flavours of lucuma and dates!
Steep the rooibos tea the night before making the smoothie.
Leave the tea bags in until the water has cooled, then chill in the fridge overnight.
Soak cashews overnight. Rinse well.
Add the chilled rooibos tea, soaked cashews, Medjool dates, lucuma & maca powders and some ice cubes to a high powered blender.
Blend until gorgeously smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite fruit and toppings.
