Celeriac steaks with Banana Blossom Hummus and Spicy Cauliflower

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with foil.
- Season the celeriac steaks, generously with extra virgin olive oil and salt. Massage the ingredients on the steaks. Bake for 40 minutes, flipping half way, until golden and caramelised.
- Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil in a saucepan with the garlic and chilli. Simmer on low for 10-15 minutes until the garlic is golden and caramelised.
- In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, banana blossom, tahini and garlic chilli infused oil until smooth. Season generously with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- In a non-stick pan, add some oil and stir fry the cauliflower in adobo sauce until soft.
- To plate, add a spoonful of the hummus, top with the celeriac steaks, spicy cauliflower and some kraut for a tang!
