Chocolate Oat Balls

Method
- Warm up Coconut Butter to make it smooth. Put in a bowl with Tahini, Brown Rice Syrup, cold coffee and water, mix well.
- Add Oats, Cocoa Powder and Vanilla Bean Powder to bowl and mix well with a fork or spoon. Add a drop more water if needed to make mixture stick together.
- Shape into small balls in the palm of your hand and roll in Desiccated Coconut.
- Keep in airtight container in the fridge up to two weeks, but I can assure you there won’t be any left!
