Intro: These grains work to gently exfoliate and remove the days grime. We've provided 2 options here depending on whether your skin is normal or more oily/acneic.
Ingredients
Organic Rolled Oats
Almonds
Bentonite Clay
Activated charcoal
Method
Blitz all ingredients together in a food processor to form a fine, sandy texture.
If you have more oily/acneic skin add the activated charcoal.
Store in an airtight jar
To use: Take 1 tsp of the grain and mix with a bit of water to form a paste.
Gently massage all over your face in circular motions
Rinse off or leave for 5-10 minutes for a super cleansing facial mask
Follow with moisturizer.
Storage/use By: Store in an airtight container/jar in a cool, dry place. Use within 1 month.
