  1. Add Bentonite Clay and Epsom Salts to a warm bath. Soak away.
  2. Also works well as a foot bath- add half the amount to rejuvenate tired feet.
  3. Consider adding essential oils or dried flowers such as our chamomile flowers to enhance your relaxation.

Try mixing up a larger amount and storing in an airtight jar for up to 3 months.
