Fried Rice with Coconut Aminos

A super simple fried rice recipe that is perfect for a quick dinner or side dish!
Method
- Add the onion, carrot, zucchini and peas into a large pan over a medium heat.
- Cook for 5-10mins, stirring occasionally until veggies are cooked through.
- Add the rice, sesame oil and coconut aminos into the pan and stir until combined.
- Turn down the heat and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
