Method
- Mix oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, ricotta and egg into a bowl.
- Heat up coconut butter or ghee in a pan.
- Scoop 2 tbsp of mixture onto pan and cook for around 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Top with coconut flower nectar and toppings of choice.
