These soft & chewy homemade muesli bars are packed full of healthy bits and taste super delicious!



  1. Preheat oven to 180 C. Grease and line a medium sized baking tray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, seeds, incaberries, coconut, pecans, chocolate drops and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, maple syrup and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Gently pour the wet mixture into the dry, stirring until combined.
  5. Evenly press the mixture into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Once cool, cut into slices and enjoy!
