Our 100% organic Spice Chai blend uses a deep and robust Assam black tea as its base with a mix of rich and lively organic spices. This warm blend of cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and black pepper interplays perfectly to provide rich flavours throughout the cup, with a strong malty base lifting this entire experience.
This fairtrade certified tea comes in biodegradable pyramid teabags, fully compostable in green waste.
HOW TO USE
Pour boiling water (100°C) onto one pyramid bag per cup of tea. Brew for 3-4 minutes. Serve natural, or sweeten with honey.
We recommend our Honest to Goodness Raw Honey or Australian Manuka Honey. Spice Chai is traditional served with milk. Choose a dairy or plant based milk; for plant based, we recommend using our nut mylk bag and almonds, or keep Ulu Hye nut mylk base handy, simply adding water to the base to amke exactly the quantity of nut mylk needed.
