1 cup organic walnuts 1 cup pecans ½ organic pepitas ½ cup organic dried incaberries 3/4 cup organic dark chocolate drops 3/4 cups organic milk chocolate espresso beans (optional)
Optional
6 tbsp organic maple syrup 1 tsp organic cinnamon
For a quick snack, mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy!
As an optional extra
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Add walnuts and pecans to a bowl with maple syrup and cinnamon. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
Spread nut mixture evenly onto a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring once halfway through baking time. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Once the mixture is cool, combine with remaining trail mix ingredients and enjoy. Store mix in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
