Method
- Sautee garlic & onions in a pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add in the chopped carrots, cover with a lid and cook until tender.
- In a high-powered blender or food processor, add the cooked carrots, onion & garlic along with the remaining ingredients.
- Blend until sauce is completely smooth and creamy. Taste and add more seasoning if necessary.
- Enjoy! Store in the fridge for up to a week or freezer for up to a month!
