Vegan Sweet Potato Brownie

A grain free, refined sugar free & vegan sweet potato brownie which is very moist and fudgy!
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- In a high-powered blender or food processor, blend sweet potato, dates and water (+ Nutella if using) until combined.
- Add remaining ingredients into food processor and blend until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a lined or greased tin and bake for 55 minutes or until firm to touch.
- Once cool, cut into slices and enjoy!
